They use herbs to facilitate digestion, improve mood, increase energy, heal wounds, and for several other applications. They find herbs very effective in healing certain ailments, that some of them make sure they have adequate supply of these cures in their home herbal first aid kit. Some of them even grow herbs in their own yards or gardens, and are knowledgeable in making some of the herbal preparations themselves at home. Others prefer to buy in order not to take risks.
